The voltage protection relay MRU4 provides precise and reliable protective functions and is very easy to operate. It is designed to protect electrical equipment from dangerous voltage fluctuations. For example protection against under voltages caused by mains shortcircuits, or overvoltages due to load shedding or failure of a generator voltage controller.
Its compact design makes the MRU4 ideal for installation within the LV terminal compartments of compact SF6-insulated MV systems. The protection functions of the MRU4 have been adapted to comply with the requirements of the VDE AR N 4110:2018. The cable / line differential protection relay MCDLV4 is designed to be used pairwise for protecting cables and lines up to 24 km. There can even be an in-zone transformer within the line to be protected. The MRM4 is a motor protection relay provides precise and reliable protective functions and is very easy to operate. The MRM4 provides all necessary functions to protect low and medium voltage motors at all power levels. The protection functions are based on current measurement. They supervise the motor start sequence (motor start), they detect a stall or locked rotor condition and they monitor the thermal condition of the motor. Woodward Basic Line family supervision relays for low voltage applications are equipped with a precise micro-controller and designed for DIN-rail mounting. They are easy to operate and simplify commissioning. This is advance technology at low price. BU1AC AC Voltage Relay : Woodward Basic Line family
Unit BU1-AC is equipped with an independent over- (U>) and undervoltage supervision (U<) with separate adjustable pickup values and common trip delay (t) and hysteresis (DIFF). The voltages are compared with the set reference values. For three-phase overvoltage supervision the highest voltage in each phase is evaluated, for under-voltage supervision the lowest in each phase.
Pickup of supervision circuit U> or U< is indicated by flashing of the corresponding LED. At U< – tripping LED U< extinguishes, at U> – tripping. LED U> is steady lit. At voltages < 60 % Un no trip delay takes place. Unit BU1-AC is designed to be fastened onto a DIN-rail acc. to DIN EN 50022 same as all units of the BASIC LINE.
The front panel of the unit is protected with a sealable transparent cover (IP40). LED U< is used to indicate trouble free operation with steady light. LEDs U> and U< indicate pickup of the re-lay by flashing. At undervoltage tripping LED U< extinguishes. LED U> indicates tripping at overvoltage (steady light).
Unit BU1-AC needs no separate auxiliary voltage sup-ply. The supply voltage can be formed direct-ly from the measuring quantity.

The Woodward BU1DC2 is a voltage relay specifically designed for the supervision of DC voltages.
Unit BU1-DC2 is equipped with an over- (U>) and undervoltage supervision (U <) with separate adjustable pick-up values ??????and common trip delay (t) and hysteresis (DIFF). The DC voltage measured is constantly compared with the set reference values. Any voltage signal, which exceeds the set reference value for overvoltage, or falls below the set reference value for undervoltage, will cause the respective relay to trip after elaps of the time delay.
